Identity verification for directors: what actually changes

Companies House now requires identity verification for directors, people with significant control, and anyone filing on a company's behalf.

Verification can be done directly or through an Authorised Corporate Service Provider. As a regulated firm we complete the check, retain the evidence and give you the confirmation reference.

You will need photo ID and a recent proof of address. Everything is uploaded through the secure client portal.
